Congrants CTA, CLIC & ECO youth of the Chelsea Collaborative! You guys did an awsome job yesterday at the City Hall CPA Hearing (Community Preservation Act) because of your presences and testimonies the City Councilors voted to approve the question on the ballot for these upcoming elections!!!!!

Good morning Broadway Glen Tenants,
I apologize for any calls, appointments or messages that I have missed these past few days. My personal phone broke down with all my appointments and our office phones are also down, we're trying our best to get them working as soon as possible. However my personal number is working again incase anyone wants to reach me.
I'm working on a flyer to distribute this weekend in the building and at the hotels for a meeting were having this upcoming Monday the 19th at 5:30pm at the Chelsea Collaborative. I know there must be a lot of questions and some of you have not been able to fill out the paperwork for the Attorney, we can get to all of that on Monday during the meeting.

Any urgent questions or concerns please call or text my personal number. And again my sincerest apologies for the communication issues we've been experiencing the past few days.

A few pictures of the many late night meetings and the many 7:00am walkthrough inspections we have had with our tenants over at 855 Broadway Glenn. Thanks to all the volunteers, legal support and city officials that are helping us end this nightmare for these tenants. But most importantly thank you to the tenants for reaching out to the Chelsea Collaborative and standing strong for your rights!!!! Si se puede! Yes we can!

Its amazing to see how our list of supporters for a Housing Court in Chelsea continues to grow! Si se puede!!!!

As substandard housing continues to be a recurring issue within the City – especially during the upcoming heating season – several organizations and officials have renewed their call for a statewide housing court system that would encompass Chelsea.
