Chelsea Restoration Corporation (CRC) is proud to offer our Mortgage & Utility Assistance Program (MUAP)—designed to support residents facing financial hardship.
Through this program, eligible households in Chelsea, Revere, and Everett may receive one-time financial assistance to help cover essential housing expenses, including:
✔️ Mortgage payments
✔️ Electricity
✔️ Water bills
✔️ Real Estate Tax
✨ Our goal is to help families stay stable, secure, and in their homes.
