Congratulations All Around
Chelmsford Toastmasters has been a busy place this spring. Our members have been hard at work improving their speaking and leadership skills. We celebrated a few of these accomplishments this week when District 31 Program Quality Director and Director-Elect Jen Tam paid us a visit:

- Dave McCarthy, who won our club International Speech Contest in January, went on to win the Area 22 and Division B contests. This brought him to the big stage at CLCON 2024, District 31's Communication and Leadership Conference. While Dave did not place in this contest, bringing his 2024 contest journey to a close, his speech on taking charge of one's health with diet and exercise was a crowd favorite.

-Sangeeta Mahajan won the raffle at the end of the winter Club Officer Training sessions. Sangeeta serves as Treasurer for Chelmsford Toastmasters.

- Lori Medugno received a thank-you gift for volunteering at the Club Officer Trainings. As our club Secretary, Lori participated in the trainings herself as well as helping to make them available to others in the district. Lori is shown here with Jen.

- Joe Oberlander and Nick Giokas each won the District 31 Pathways Award Raffle in the quarter in which he completed his latest Pathways level. Joe has currently achieved Level 4 in the Dynamic Leadership path, while Nick has achieved Level 1 in the Strategic Relationships path.

- Ryan Crowe became our latest Pathways achiever, completing level 1 in the Motivational Strategies path. Ryan is shown here with Vice President Education Debbie McCarthy.

Congratulations to all of our achievers, and thank you for making Chelmsford Toastmasters and District 31 such a dynamic place to learn and grow!
