it’s Just Breathe June! 🌱🫁🧘 June often tends to be a time of stress and challenge with the busyness of life causing us to feel out of balance or out of sync. This month’s connection challenges will help you bring your body back into balance and lean on others to co-regulate and deepen connection. 💛

Each week includes two types of challenges for you to complete:

That's what our latest program, Club7 is built on. 🌟 Club7 provides a weekly space where youth develop real connection, build belonging, and lead the way in fighting one of the biggest public health crises of our time: loneliness.

This short video was filmed after Only7Seconds was named a recipient of the Morgan Stanley Alliance for Children's Mental Health Innovation Award. Tens of thousands of individuals (of all ages!) have already experienced stronger relationships because of this work. And we're just getting started. 💛

Just have to brag for a sec because our girl, Apuroopa Kavikondala was named a 2026 Young Futures Awardee at the inaugural Young Futures Awards, powered by Hopelab! This recognition celebrates her incredible work as a member of the Only7Seconds Youth Advisory Board and advocacy to increase connection in a digital age. And it is SO well-deserved. 🥳👏

The award was presented at , where we got to celebrate with our Young Futures family. Questions from our Deck2Connect collaboration (free to use here: www.rethink.only7seconds.com) with ReThink Citizens were featured as conversation starters throughout the event, sparking exactly the kinds of connections this work is all about. 🪩✨

Only7Seconds has been awarded an Innovation Award from the Morgan Stanley Alliance for Children's Mental Health. We are honored to be chosen as one of just 7 nonprofits out of more than 900 applications!

The award recognizes Club7, our peer-driven programming that promotes community, social health, and digital wellness for young people. The award includes a grant to expand Club7 programming, which means we can reach more communities, put more tools in the hands of youth leaders, and ultimately, increase youth wellbeing.
