Doyle Junior Firefighters

🧑‍🚒 Last week (after swearing in two new members), our Junior Firefighters competed against each other in multiple skill drills including fire scene support tactics, using our Jaws of Life, and taking vital signs. This was a great way for them to not only practice and refine what they knew, but also teach and support our newer members!

❄️ Ensuring fire hydrant accessibility, particularly during our snowy winters in Western New York, guarantees that firefighters can respond promptly in emergency situations.

Tonight, our Junior Firefighters are assisting by clearing snow from some hydrants in the Doyle Fire District. We appreciate those who have taken extra time out of their day to join us in our mission.

☎️ We had the pleasure tonight of visiting the CPD Dispatch Center and learning about all of their operations. It gave valuable insight to our young members about emergency dispatch and communication, and introduced them to new career paths as well!
