We’re excited to share some encouraging news! Galleria Mall management has been working closely with us and has reduced our rent, making it possible for us to potentially re-open our location.

This store is vital to our organization. Without reopening, we risk losing the opportunity to complete the 600 adoptions we achieved last year at this location alone—adoptions that directly changed the lives of animals and families in our community.

To help make this possible, we are seeking volunteers to support our operations as we work to reduce costs.

Volunteer opportunities available:

Adoption Support:
• Monday–Friday
• 12:00–4:00 PM
• 4:00–7:00 PM

Cleaning & Care Support:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00–11:00 AM

These are rewarding opportunities to make a meaningful impact and help animals find loving homes.

We are absolutely devastated that our store has had to close. This place meant so much to us, and knowing how many cats we were able to help find their forever homes makes this goodbye even more emotional.

We’re so grateful for every supporter, every regular, and everyone who believed in what we were doing. Saying goodbye hurts more than we can put into words, but we’re holding onto hope that this isn’t the end — just a new beginning. 💔🐾

Ten Lives Club has made the difficult decision to close our Galleria Mall store location, effective January 31st. While this location has been a successful adoption center for nearly three years, significant increases in rent, payroll, operating expenses, repairs and maintenance, along with required heating system costs from the mall, made it no longer financially sustainable for our organization.

We are grateful for the support this location received from the community and proud of the many adoptions that took place there. Our three dedicated Galleria Mall team members will be transitioning to our Transit Hill Plaza location and our Main Shelter, and all cats from the Galleria Mall store have been safely relocated to our Main Shelter where they remain available for adoption.

This was not an easy decision, and we appreciate your understanding and kindness during this time. Our focus remains on providing the best care possible for the cats who depend on us.

We will be sharing updates soon regarding our Transit Hill Plaza location, so please stay tuned for more exciting information on this adoption sight.
