Seventeen Education Grant Awards announced this morning to several of our dynamic Checotah Public Schools Educators! Congratulations !! It is always such an exciting day for the CFAE board members to spread the good news in person! A new Dolly Parton Imagination Library affiliate has been established in McIntosh county and we’d love to have your child in our program! An age-appropriate, quality children’s book will be mailed monthly, free of charge, from birth up until their 5th birthday! (First book arrives 6-8 weeks following registration.) Please help us spread the word about this exciting new program.

If you have/care for a child under the age of 5 years in McIntosh county and would like to receive a free book mailed monthly to their home address, please register.

Today CFAE had the immense pleasure of handing out Teacher Grant checks to 16 amazing and talented Checotah Public School educators, totaling $5,900!! We know you will do sensational things with the grants to help enrich the educational life of CPS students!

CFAE also, for the first time ever, awarded Welcoming Grants to 6 CPS educators. These 6 individuals are new to the teaching profession this year and CFAE awarded $100/each to help purchase items to establish their new classrooms! Welcome to CPS!! We look forward to seeing you shine in your new profession!

CFAE thanks you for letting us be a part of your kick-off meeting and we look forward to partnering with you to continue to make CPS the best! Have a great school year!

Today several CFAE Board members had the pleasure of notifying 17 Checotah Public School educators that their grant applications had been selected for award!
Congratulations to Callie Kaiser, Catherine Ross, Jordyn Lovett, Taylor Cone, Amber Walker, Angela Fancher, Brandi Smith, Trina Teague, Michelle York, Stefanie Flud, Stacy Coleman, Greg Spena, Tara Dearman, Pam Mitchell, Whitney Scroggins, Jennifer Dearman and Maddie Williams! A total of $6,400 was awarded in differing amounts to these educators. We appreciate everyone who submitted an application. Every year, CFAE works diligently to award as many grants, as financially possible, to our superb teachers! We appreciate you!!! Congratulations!!
