We recently received this wonderful letter from Team Stranglehold who joined us this year as both first-time participants and sponsor Stranglehold Lures of the 28th Annual Cheboygan Salmon Tournament

There is a lot of time, planning, hard work and many volunteers that go into making tournament weekend happen, so receiving a letter like this truly means more than they probably realize. ❤️

Thank you, Team Stranglehold, for taking the time to send us such kind words, for supporting our tournament, and most importantly, for coming and being a part of it!

Now that I've had a little time, I wanted to share a more O-FISH-ALLY spruced-up version of our 2026 tournament results!
Congratulations to all of our winners and to every team that took to the water. Whether you finished in the money, landed a personal best, or simply enjoyed a day on the Great Lakes with family and friends, you helped make another unforgettable Cheboygan Salmon Tournament.
🎣 71 boats registered ⚓ 57 boats weighed in 🐟 1,781.69 pounds of fish brought to the scales!
