***New repeater announcement***

The Petoskey 145.190 PL 103.5 is on the air as of yesterday 12/16. It's situated high above Petoskey just to the south on Krouse rd. This repeater replaces the 443.375 previously on the air in stutsmanville. The 443.375 has returned back to full time multi mode digital and has also been placed at Krouse rd. The new 145.19 will be full time linked to the Northern Michigan Linked Repeater Network. We would love some reception reports from those able to access it.

Cheboygan link update

Over the weekend repairs were done to the 146.74 Cheboygan link. The duplexers had failed and the recieve was greatly reduced. Duplexers were replaced and tuned and recieve is better than ever.

Other miscellaneous items at the Cheboygan site include repairs to the APRS digipeater, Mi7 winlink node, and upgraded network equipment to increase internet speed and reliability. Also work was done on the stand by generator which is now fully operational should the site be affected by power loss.

Be sure to try out the improved 146.74!
