“The work of The Jefferson Project is informing mitigation efforts that will eventually save Chautauqua Lake,” said Michael E. Hill, Ed.D., President of Chautauqua Institution. The work of the Jefferson Project will ensure that limited resources are put to the best use by harnessing science to pinpoint not only the causes but also the solutions that exist to reverse the degradation of the lake.
