On October 3rd, 2025, I had the privilege and great honor of being the officiant at the wedding of our Greater Inland Northwest Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Kyle, and his beautiful bride, Hazel Bassamore. 💍✨

Thank you both so much for trusting me to marry you. It truly means the world to me. I know how special this day was for you, and you could have chosen anyone to officiate your ceremony — but you chose me, and I am deeply honored and grateful.

Thank You from the Filipino Lumpia Fiesta Team! 🇵🇭❤️

What an incredible turnout we had at our Filipino Lumpia Festival last Saturday! So many people came out to enjoy and experience authentic Filipino cuisine — and we are deeply grateful to the wonderful communities of Liberty Lake and Spokane for your amazing support.

We officially started at 10:00 a.m. and planned to serve until 6:00 p.m., but due to the overwhelming turnout, we completely sold out by around 1:30 p.m.! The line was long from the moment we opened, and people continued arriving even after we had to stop taking orders.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who came later and didn’t get a chance to try the food. We know many of you took the time to come with family and friends, excited to taste Filipino dishes — and we are truly sorry we couldn’t serve everyone.

We clearly underestimated the number of people who would come to support us. We were honestly in shock (and awe!) at the huge response. We’ve learned valuable lessons and are already planning how to better prepare and serve more food next time so everyone can enjoy.

Please don’t give up on us — we’d love to see you again at our next event!

Thank You from the Filipino Lumpia Fiesta Team! 🇵🇭❤️
