Friends of Special Children, (FOSC), is a 501c(3) non-profit organization consisting of 35 active members, Our mission is to serve children of all ages with special needs in our community. Oct 5, 2023 will be our 18th year hosting the “All aBout Children (ABC)” fundraising event to benefit the special children at Signal Centers school. To date, the ABC EVENTs have raised over $2 million dollars for the School.
