Around Veterans Day last November, Friends Of The Troops was honored to be the charity selected for the Tee It Up For The Troops - Foam Of The Brave Beer Festival Fundraiser in Cleveland, Tennessee. The event was a big success and raised a little over $2,800 for our troops, veterans and their families! We thank the event organizers, the event attendees, Foam of the Brave - Cleveland, TN and Tee It Up for the Troops for supporting our military and veterans! The funds went to help several military families in crisis. Thank you all!

A few months ago, Friends Of The Troops sent hats, handwarmers, MoonPies and bags of Boca Java Coffee to Soldiers at Fort Drum, NY. We are told that the treats were greatly enjoyed and the hats and handwarmers were very much appreciated during the winter months. We thank the individuals and companies who donated the items as well as and MoonPie for helping us support our troops!

Rock For The Troops was an amazing success! Stockyard Bristol was packed and everyone had a great time rocking out to Six Gun and Slick Cadillac while collecting care package supplies and funds to support our military. Friends Of The Troops would like to sincerely thank WQUT Tri-Cities Classic Rock, Buzz Casey, Stockyard Bristol, Six Gun, Slick Cadillac and everyone who made the event possible. We'd also like to thank those who attended the event and made donations. Thank you, also, to Community Church of Mountain City for your generous donation in support of our troops. We appreciate you all!

For those in the Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN area, make sure to stop by Harry's Wine & Spirits 2. They have bottled a special barrel of Buffalo Trace Bourbon, selected in collaboration with the Chattanooga Bourbon Society, and a portion of every bottle sold will benefit Friends Of The Troops, allowing us to support more service members and veterans! Thanks to Girl Scouts of the Southern Appalachians, Friends Of The Troops received hundreds of cans of their Fall product to send to our troops. The sweet treats were shipped in care packages and also donated to some Army Reservists (pictured here). We thank for continuing to support our military.

Thanks to a generous donation recently by Amazon, Friends Of The Troops was able to donate hygiene items to Soldiers serving with the Tennessee National Guard. We are always so thrilled to be able to pass along these useful and often much-needed items to our troops and to help military families.
