Dear Homeowners,

We want to clarify that the December 8, 2025 Special Meeting was a member-called meeting under Section 6.03 of the Bylaws.

Although a petition was circulated, the required criteria were not met; therefore, this meeting cannot conduct official HOA business or make binding decisions.

We understand that some homeowners felt they were misled about the purpose of the special meeting. It is important that all who sign a petition are fully informed of its intent so expectations are clear and the process remains transparent.

Special meetings are a valuable way for homeowners to share input and engage in community discussions; however, it is critical that they are conducted in accordance with the governing documents so that any decisions can be properly made and implemented.

Please note that the Annual Meeting will be held on December 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM and will be conducted virtually. Instructions for the Zoom will be sent out shortly
