See everyone this Thursday to hear from Elect Judge Jennifer Peck at Creeks Bend Golf Club!
The North River Pachyderm Breakfast will be held on Thursday, February 12, beginning at 7:30 a.m. featuring guest speaker Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Peck. During the meeting, she will share insights from her work on the bench and discuss issues impacting the courts and the broader community.
As a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Judge Peck grew up on Signal Mountain and is a graduate of The Baylor School. She received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her Juris Doctor from Regent University. Prior to her judicial appointment, she established a law practice focused on domestic relations, litigation, and mediation. In 2019, Judge Peck joined Governor Bill Lee’s administration at the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, serving in several leadership roles including Deputy Commissioner, Chief of Staff, and Chief Operating Officer.
Today, Judge Peck serves on the Division II seat of the 11th Judicial District Circuit Court in Hamilton County, having been appointed by Governor Bill Lee on May 9, 2025, to succeed Circuit Court Judge Mike Dumitru, who was appointed as a federal magistrate earlier this year. Judge Peck brings years of experience in public service and the legal field. She is also seeking the Republican nomination in the May 5 GOP Primary to serve the remainder of the team for the Division II Circuit Court.
The meeting will take place at Creek’s Bend Golf Club, located at 5900 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN 37343. Members and guests are invited to attend for breakfast, networking and hear remarks from Judge Peck.
