One of the things we're most proud of is creating space for connection, creativity, and community through clay.

Our monthly Q***r Community Clay Nights bring together LGBTQIA+ adults for an evening of pottery, conversation, and hands-on creativity in a welcoming ceramic studio environment. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced maker, there's a seat for you at the table.

A special thank you to The Landing Cooperative for helping make this program possible and supporting opportunities for LGBTQIA+ community members to gather, create, and connect in Chattanooga.

Happy Pride Month, Chattanooga 💛🌈

Last week we spent the day getting messy, creative, and collaborative with Hamilton County visual arts teachers at our Arts Integration Teacher Training workshop 🎨✨

Visual Arts teachers teamed up with another educator from their school to explore arts integration through clay, try out a hands-on lesson, and start building their own arts integration projects to bring back to students next school year. Each Visual Arts teacher also headed home with underglazes, tools, and a copy of the book "A Single Shard" by Linda Sue Park to keep the creativity going.

We loved seeing so many educators jump into clay, share ideas, and make connections — and we can’t wait to see what happens in their classrooms next year!

This workshop was made possible by a grant from the State of Tennessee through the Tennessee Arts Commission. Thank you for supporting opportunities like this and helping us connect with educators through the arts!

And thank you to Brothers Bagel for generously donating coffee for our teachers to keep the ideas (and caffeine) flowing ☕
