There are still common milkweed seeds available through the Tennessee Department of Transportation's Project Milkweed. 🧺 Manchester Park Neighborhood Picnic & Block Party!

📅 Saturday, Sept 19 | ⏰ 4–6 PM | 📍 Intermont Circle

Join your neighbors for an afternoon of fun, food, and community!
🎈 Hot dogs provided — potluck sides welcome!
🎨 Activities for all ages: sidewalk chalk, water balloons, bubbles, co****le, checkers, cards, and more!
🚲 Kids can bring tricycles or small bikes — the street will be blocked off for safe play.
👋 Setup help begins at 3 PM — volunteers appreciated!

Vintage Magazine Sale! Starts this Wednesday July 15 and runs through Friday.

We have 24 boxes of Magazines from the 60's-90's ready for a SALE! Movie, TV, Horror, Sci-Fi, Comics-related, Toy guides, Price Guides, Fanzines, and all kinds of miscellaneous! Nearly all are in great shape, having sat for 30+ years bagged/boarded and undisturbed until now!

Buy individually or purchase a box and fill it in a shopping spree!

Wed: $3 a piece or $90 to fill a box
Thur: $2 a piece or $70 to fill a box
Fri: $1 a piece or $40 to fill a box

Neighbors… this week (July 13-17) is Bulk Trash and Brush pick-up week for Manchester Park.

Please follow these guidelines to make sure your items get picked up:
▪ Keep brush, bulk trash, and leaves in separate piles spaced apart from each other.
▪ Keep items to be picked up 5 feet away from trash cans, mailboxes, parked cars or other stationary objects.
▪ Do not place items under low hanging wires.
▪ Have all materials out by 7am Monday of the pickup week.
▪ Please note that city residents can no longer call 311 to get pickups between monthly collection dates, so you must take items away yourself outside these dates! (Brush or bulk trash left at the curb between weeks of pickup is considered a code violation.)
