Eveline Tenczar is AVP of BSA/Fraud at Launch Credit Union, bringing over 25 years of banking experience, including 12 years specializing in BSA/AML compliance, fraud prevention, and loss mitigation. His background includes nearly a decade leading payments initiatives at the Federal Reserve and policy roles at the White House Office of Management and Budget, Bloomberg LP, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
