What a way to wrap up our inaugural BBB Small Business Breakthrough Accelerator! 🎉

Our Accelerator Champions gathered Thursday evening for their final session, led by Michelle Baker of Stoneledge Leadership and Michele Mason of BBB, Southeast Tennessee & Northwest Georgia.

This inspiring session focused on the entrepreneurial journey; the victories, the challenges, the lessons learned, and the resilience required to keep moving forward. Champions reflected on the goals they set at the beginning of the program, identified new opportunities for growth, and developed actionable plans to continue building thriving businesses long after the Accelerator concludes.

Michelle guided participants through creating SMART goals—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound—equipping them with a roadmap for continued success.

We are incredibly grateful to Michelle and every speaker who shared their expertise, encouragement, and wisdom throughout our inaugural cohort. Watching these entrepreneurs grow over the past 12 weeks has been inspiring, and we can’t wait to celebrate their accomplishments at graduation this week! 🎓✨

A huge thank you to Dean Krech of JHM Certified Public Accountants for sharing his expertise with our BBB Small Business Accelerator Champions this week!

Dean’s session helped participants better understand the difference between profit and cash flow, how to read key financial statements, build a 90-day cash flow forecast, and use their numbers to make smarter business decisions.
