We are so incredibly proud that Ironman 70.3 World Championships will be coming back to our hometown in 2027 😍 We can’t wait to show all of these athletes the beauty that is living and training in the scenic city 🌄

We had a great time with Dr. Holli Guthrie PT, DPT Josh Guthrie PTA, CSCS for our June members meeting! It was awesome learning about all of the new recovery technology they offer at their new location, along with their holistic strength and conditioning programs and PT offerings. Thanks for hosting us!

Just a small sample of our awesome members that joined us for our Chattanooga Lookouts game last week at Erlanger Park! We had such a great time connecting with everyone and this may be one of our favorite annual traditions ⚾️

And with that Trinooga 2026 comes to a close 🚴🏻‍♀️ We are incredibly thankful to all the amazing athletes that spent this weekend with us in our beloved Scenic City doing all the things we love: 🏊🏻‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ An incredibly huge thank you as well to the countless volunteers that gave their time and skills to make this event a huge success!
