Donna's D.I.V.A.s Workout Classes Donna's goal is to MOTIVATE 100,000 women to MOVE FOR A LIFETIME! ! We were established in 2010. Our Program is in Chattanooga, TN.

We are located at Get built in downtown Chattanooga Donna’s D.I.V.A.s (Determined Individuals Valuing Activites) is a health, fitness, and empowering program FOR WOMEN under Donna Elle Wellness, LLC.! Our services include personal training, group fitness, health and nutrition tips, motivational speaking programs and workshops to give women and teen girls the confidence and tools they need to make

positive and healthy lifestyle choices for a lifetime. We are a sisterhood of workout motivation and acceptance. When you are a mom, wife, daughter, or career woman in today’s society staying motivated to live a healthy lifestyle can sometimes seem impossible. In the D.I.V.A’s (Determined Individual Valuing Activities) program women ages 18 and older, come together to gain confidence though a sisterhood while participating in physical activity. Regardless of size, race, or age, women from all walks of life are motivated by our D.I.V.A. Coaches to reach their full potential. The class is broken in to groups of three; beginners, intermediate, and advanced. At the end of class there is an empowerment session to talk about pros and cons of Health in our community while giving D.I.V.A. tips to transform average women and girls into life time D.I.V.A.’s.
