Tech Goes Home Tennessee

Tech Goes Home Tennessee A digital inclusion program providing technology training and access to Tennesseans & Chattanoogans.

Tech Goes Home Tennessee (TGH TN) is The Enterprise Center's digital inclusion program for residents across the state. While our primary focus area is Chattanooga, where the program began as (and is also growing as) TGH CHA, our statewide expansion allows us to prioritize Early Childhood Educators and Older Adults in both rural and urban communities. We're partnering with schools, public libraries

, churches, nonprofits, and other organizations across Hamilton County to offer free courses designed to help residents develop skills and habits required for smart technology and Internet use. Participants receive fifteen hours of classroom training to help them understand why the Internet is relevant in their daily lives, have the option to purchase a new Chromebook for only $50, and receive assistance in obtaining access to low-cost home Internet. TGH CHA + TGH TN are modeled after the national, award-winning Tech Goes Home program. Founded in Boston, Tech Goes Home has successfully provided participants with the tools, education, and access required for 21st century skills development since 1999.
.. TEC aims to create a future where technology helps all citizens participate, innovate, and live better lives. Our social media policy forbids any aggressive, discriminatory, or vulgar comments, and anyone who makes them will be blocked from further conversations on our platforms. We appreciate all interest in our work and invite anyone with questions to email [email protected].

Digital skills in action 📺

A recent class from Tech Goes Home Tennessee was featured on @ WDEF News 12, highlighting how local residents are building confidence with technology and learning practical skills they can use every day.

From learning computer basics to navigating online resources safely, participants leave the program with new knowledge—and a Chromebook to continue learning at home.

Thank you to our community partners and trainers who make these classes possible across the region!
