Fluffy Fit CHA Chattanooga Women's Supper Club's Fluffy Fit is a group for women of all shapes and sizes who are just starting out on their fitness journeys.

We support and motivate one another in our quests to be strong – mentally and physically. We do a monthly activity as a group. We also have neighborhood subgroups for everyday support!

Hey, girlies! I've been thinking about a couple of things and wanted you feedback.

#1. I think maybe I was trying to occupy too much of y'alls time. As much as I want to grab coffee with each and every one of you, I think maybe asking for, like, 3 hours of your precious weekend is too much. lol. So I'm thinking we go straight to the activity from here on out? And if we want to hang a little after, we can do so with whoever has time?

#2. I wanted to know what you all wanted to do next month? Maybe a walk? Something low key where we can chat? Or another dance class? Let me know your thoughts!

I really want to get on track and get back to basics with y'all. Never any pressure, never any intimidation. So I want as much feedback as humanly possible.

How would y'all feel about doing a closet clear and bringing any donations to the next meeting?? I love what Northside Neighborhood house does and I have PLENTY of clothes to give away! Want to bring some well-treated, unwanted clothes and shoes to our next get-together to donate to a good cause?
