We are looking for part or full time caretaking help at the ranch. As the kids grow up and leave for college, we have less hands to help! Someone who can work a tractor + equipment, fix fences, feed/ handle animals, clear fencelines of debris, cut grass, weedwhack, problem solve, use common sense, enjoy working outside, have a good attitude when everything goes wrong, not be a perfectionist (or if you are, it won’t last long here!), easily transition from one task to another, communication skills and most importantly: honest. Time management and accountability: if you’re getting things done and things a rollin, you can make your own schedule. If you don’t know but are willing to learn, even better. If you can’t fix it + can admit it, , also a plus. Good Work ethic: double plus. Please message us.

If you cut corners, fudge things, make excuses, don’t really want to work, don’t like overcoming obstacles or communicating, sweating or horse manure….this is not for you! If you need someone to micro manage you and hold you accountable, also not for you. We have enough teenagers to handle! 🤣
And if the GPs in our pic don’t like you, I’m sorry—it won’t work. 😆
