(1)

For nearly 50 years, FISH of West Valley at the Congregational Church of Chatsworth, has served the community by providing food to those in need - families, seniors, unhoused and others. Our pantry works every day to address food insecurity and now, the COVID-19 crisis has created an unprecedented need with demand increasing by 450% since March of 2020. While, most food pantries only allow recipie

nts to get food once a month, at FISH, our recipients can return each week to receive a healthy assortment of food customized to their family size and needs. FISH also delivers food to seniors and others unable to leave their homes. Through partnerships with amazing organizations like About My Father's Business, Congregation Or Ami, Saint Aidan's Church, Happy Insides, MEND, 986 Pharmacy and others, FISH is now in the process of expanding the services it offers its community in need. For example, thanks to San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission, mobile showers will now be available on Sundays from 9am-12pm for anyone in need. We are grateful for the tireless work of our dedicated 100% volunteer team that includes people from all over the West San Fernando Valley from different churches, temples, mosques and organizations.
