As an Admissions Counselor reporting directly to the Director of Admissions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and enrolling qualified students whose values and aspirations align with our Academy's mission. This position combines strategic recruitment with meaningful relationship-building, offering you the chance to guide families through one of the most important decisions they will make.

What You'll Accomplish

Strategic Recruitment. You will identify and engage prospective students who embody our Academy's values and demonstrate the potential to thrive in our community. Your work directly shapes the character and quality of each incoming class.

Personalized Family Support. From initial inquiry through enrollment, you will provide attentive, individualized guidance that reflects our commitment to every family's unique needs. You will build trust through genuine care and expert knowledge of our programs.

Regional Representation. With approximately 25% travel, you will represent the Academy at recruiting events, conduct off-campus visits, and build relationships in communities across the region. Your presence extends our mission beyond campus.

Collaborative Team Environment. Work alongside dedicated admissions professionals who share your commitment to excellence and student success.

It was a long night of racing In Martinsville with 14 Cautions and two rain delays .
Wes Proctor ‘90 and his wife Eileen made the trip up from Raleigh for the race and to watch the HMA COLOR GUARD during opening ceremonies . Thank You to ALL the staff who work so hard to make these events happen .
