The Weatherization Assistance Program was introduced on August 14,1976 when President Gerald Ford signed the Energy Conservation and Production Act into law and this program has continued at PCCA to date. As some of you are already aware and some may be aware, October 30th of each year is earmarked as Weatherization Day throughout the United States, and we anticipate offering yet another moment of awareness on October 30th at the same location of 18 South Main Street - Chatham, VA 24531.
