Hi this is Logan Davis,

During all of last week Troop 48 members and adult leaders were at Camp Bunn for summer camp. During camp, staff had a surprise called spirit stick where you had to create a skit on the word of the day. On day 2, we won the stick and our word was big city. After we won the stick we had started the theme of Captain Jack Sparrow and many other groups continued our theme. Each day after flags in the afternoon we would perform the skits for the staff.

During the day most of the Troop had things to do with Aquatics to get out of the sun. The older scouts had fun on the PWC’s and younger scouts on kayaks. The older scouts kept racing with each other on the PWC.

Dring fire bowl on the last day the older scouts helped direct firebowl. Many of Troop 48 won awards in all different areas. Luke, Joe, and Croix all won awards in shooting sports. Hayden, Lukas, Patrick, Mr. K, and Mr. Ledbetter all won awards in climbing. Aaron won an award in aquatics. All scouts were proud of the awards and were ready to get home to see their family’s.
