See this solar-powered art piece from PS21: Center for Contemporary Performance and much more at the September 14 ! Admission is free at the Chatham Fairgrounds.

PS21/PATHWAYS is sponsoring the Kinetic Independent Solar System: Greenwash (K.I.S.S.), an installation by artist Deville Cohen. His solar powered kinetic fountain sculpture made its debut at PS21 during Upstate Art Weekend. lts message around the dangers of greenwashing and the need for transparency in the fight against the climate crisis make it an exciting work for the Climate Carnival. Admission is free to the event so come learn, celebrate, and leave motivated!
Stop by Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm at the Chatham Fairgrounds!

Did you know our REPAIR CAFÉ today will cover LAWNMOWERS?? And FURNITURE?

Our fixers will be onsite today to fix anything from clothing to toys, and even answering COMPUTER questions!

Our sign-up page has closed, but you can still bring your stuff between 11am and 3pm. And yes, it's free.

See you at the Fairgrounds for our FREE STORE, music, food trucks, wildlife exhibitions, lots of good information on what you can do to help stop climate change, and plenty of FUN!! (You may even come across a juggler or two :-) )

It's TOMORROW!! Get there early!!

For first crack at the FREE STORE, and to catch all the great live ENTERTAINMENT, get to the Climate Carnival as close to 10a.m. as you can...

We'll have birds of prey and other NY wildlife from Southern Vermont Natural History Museum, a Repair Café, kid's activities, food trucks from Micosta Restaurant and Niko’s Gyros, fun bands like Kilashandra, a kooky enviro-quiz, and THOUSANDS of pieces of clothing, shoes, and kids' stuff at the Free Store (BYOBag!).

Also climate-friendly organizations and vendors like Basilica Hudson, Neighborhood Sun, Arthur's Point Farm, PS21: Performance Spaces for the 21st Century, Spruce & Sprout, Berkshire Bike and Board, Hawthorne Valley Farm, Toolshed, Columbia Land Conservancy, Casella Waste Systems , SunCommon, and so many more, with all their cool ways to help us stop climate change...
