We’re thrilled to announce that TWO new and upgraded tot lots will be installed next month! 🛝✨

As part of our 2026 improvements, these two tot lots were selected based on the reserve study completed last year, which identified them as the two tot lots most in need of updates and improvements.

Alright Chaska who is ready for a friendly neighborhood competition?

As you gather with your neighbors on August 4th, please consider hosting a food/school supply drive for Bountiful Basket Food Shelf and Love Inc.. The TWO neighborhood’s that gather the most food, school supplies, and funds ($1 = 1 lb), will win a party.
First place will win a Jersey Mike’s sandwich party and the Chaska FIVE-O Activity Trailer.
The runner-up will win a grilling party (we will provide all the food) and the Chaska FIVE-O Activity Trailer.
Please bring your donation to Bountiful Basket (1600 Bavaria Rd Chaska, MN 55318) by Wednesday, August 5 before 3:30 pm.
Bountiful Basket volunteers will need the name of your
neighborhood and contact name.
Your food donation will be weighed and your dollars will be
counted.

SavATree will be back next week to continue tree removal. Please remember to register your email address to receive updates from Jonathan!

Heads up, neighbors! The Jonathan Association will have a contractor in the area next week removing dead ash trees along portions of Clover Ridge Drive and some surrounding streets.

During the work, there will be temporary daytime road closures in various locations to safely complete tree removal. If you’re traveling through the area, please expect possible delays, follow posted detours and drive with caution. Work is expected to take about one week, with roads reopening at the end of each workday.

🚧 Trail Repair Update 🚧

TruSeal was originally scheduled to complete this work in June, but weather delays pushed the project back.

They are on the property today repairing the section of the trail where the surface peeled.

Please stay off the taped-off section of the trail for the next 24 hours to allow the repair to cure properly. Your cooperation will help ensure a long-lasting repair and keep everyone safe.
