Here are a few more pictures from our August campout. We celebrated a birthday, we played 500 at the lake, we caught at least one fish, did some archery, and cooked some delicious food over the fire.

Archery, swimming, camping, outdoor cooking, hiking, and more filled our weekend with a lot of fun and adventure. Making memories, building brotherhood, and opening our hearts to what God has blessed us and entrusted us with.

We listened to the words of our chaplain, Pastor Matt Barry, as he pointed out the fact our lives are centered around what we see as most important. God's plan is for us to have Christ be the center just as the tabernacle was the center of the Israelite camp during the days of their wandering in the desert.

What a beautiful weekend to camp! Here's our troop campout at Mille Lacs Kathio State Park. From the hikes, to the fire tower climb, to s'mores around the campfire, to a game of capture the flag, to badge and branch work in outdoor cooking, wood tools, camping, and more, we accomplished a lot!
Another post will highlight our flag retirement ceremony that just happened to land on the night before Flag Day.

Last night our Trailmen, family, & friends got to celebrate the many achievements our boys accumulated over the past year! With a delicious potluck meal and a beautiful day at Veterans Park in Chaska, there were awards given, boys transitioned to new patrols, and possibly a few dad jokes were spoken.
Thank you, to all of our volunteer leaders, parents, family, and friends who help make this possible. We are excited to continue our mission of raising up the next generation of godly young men who lead with integrity, serve the community, and experience outdoor adventure.
God bless you all, and may you Walk Worthy of the grace that Jesus has given us each day.
