Stop Speaking Sickness Over Yourself
Pay attention to what you're saying when you're sick.
You can sit there saying:
“I'm sick.”
I'm probably going to be sick all week.”
“I can't work.”
How am I going to pay my bills?”
What am I going to do?”
And pretty soon you're discouraged, worried, and afraid.
Or you can start saying:
“I am healed.”
“I am getting through this.”
God is with me.”
By His stripes I am healed.”
Speaking positively gives you something you desperately need when you're struggling:
Hope.
You may still feel the symptoms.
You may still be learning to believe.
That's okay.
Do the best you can.
Keep speaking life instead of continually speaking defeat.
What positive confession are you speaking over yourself today? Put it in the comments.

Description
Speaking positively when you're still hurting isn't always easy.
When you've already asked God for healing but the pain is still there, the symptoms haven't changed, and everything you feel seems to tell you the opposite, it can be difficult to keep saying, “I am healed.”
In this teaching, I want to encourage you not to give up. Faith grows as we continue standing on God's Word. You don't have to do it perfectly, and one moment of frustration or one wrong statement doesn't erase everything you've been believing for. Recognize it, get back into agreement with God's Word, and keep going.
1 Peter 2:24 tells us, “By whose stripes ye were healed.” When your symptoms are speaking loudly, go back to what God's Word says. Keep building your faith, keep expecting healing, and keep speaking life.
Remember, you don't have to become strong in faith overnight. Start where you are. God's grace is sufficient for you.
“My grace is sufficient for thee.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9
“By whose stripes ye were healed.” — 1 Peter 2:24
“I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” — John 10:10
