Brake The Silence is committed to helping our community year-round in good times and bad times. This year we want to celebrate your small victories as we close in on the end of the year and head into the final crunch for the holidays. Could you use a gift card to Walmart? Or target? Market Basket or Amazon? Send us a message and tell us how you have made a difference in your own mental health to advocate for yourself or how you’ve made a difference for other people it doesn’t need to be a huge thing something like “I took my medication for the past six months religiously and I’m fighting My depression” is a huge victory and we want to celebrate you!

There are zero requirements for this other than to message us. Let us know how you’ve made changes this year and we will select a handful of winners by next Sunday and send you a gift card. It’s that simple!

Great news! Our limited edition Veteran shirt is available!  This shirt will only be available this year through the end of November. All of the proceeds on this shirt will go to local organizations that prevent su***de for our veterans.
