It’s official. After today, the sun is setting on this year’s program. We are so incredibly proud of our ability to uplift and support so many homeowners who chose to before federal tax credits end in December.

But this still isn’t the end.

If you still want to go solar with trusted installers and expert guidance, make sure to sign up and we will do our best to ensure you are able to get installed before incentives go away. We’re a resource for you to rely on— as long as our sign up form is open we’ll guide you through.

[ANNOUNCEMENT] 🚨 Solarize Virginia has chosen to extend its sign-up deadline from July 15th to August 15th, providing homeowners and businesses with an additional window to secure solar installations before federal incentives expire.

Solar systems installed in 2025 are still eligible for the 30 percent Federal Income Tax Credit, a significant savings opportunity that will no longer be available starting in 2026 due to recent changes in federal legislation. But time is running out: with installation timelines stretching to 3-4 months and increasing demand across Virginia, we recommend signing a contract by the end of August to ensure completion by year’s end.

If you’ve ever considered or thought about going solar, we encourage you to reach out. We have free educational webinars, free solar assessments, and vetted installers that you can trust. We’re here to help.
