Green Drinks is an informal monthly Meet-Up where environmentally minded people connect over drinks.

We meet on the second Wednesday of each month at Firefly Restaurant and Game Room in Charlottesville.

This month’s featured speaker will be whose mission is to increase Charlottesville’s climate resiliency through planting and preserving trees in our lowest canopy neighborhoods. The temps outside are heating up ☀️ and, if you’re like me, you can’t wait to be out on the Rivanna River! So thankful to the for all they do to keep our river clean and beautiful and for being our featured speaker for the next Green Drinks ! Join us on Wednesday, May 14th to learn more about the conservation alliance’s work and how you can support this local resource. 5:30-7pm. As always, free and open to all.

Green Drinks is an environmentally-minded meet up that occurs on the Second Wednesday of each month . The events are free to join and informal. We usually host a guest speaker from a local organization or business in our community who is making a positive impact on our planet, they usually speak around 6pm for 10-15 mins. To join us, no sustainability experience is required! Anyone who is curious and looking to connect with others who want to expand their community knowledge is welcome. Out next event is April 9th and we hope you’ll join us. 🍻
