Yesterday was a great first Honeybee Hive Experience at Castle Hill Cider! This sold out event allowed participants to get an in-depth look at a honeybee hive, and taste a variety of Elysium honey expressions paired with Castle Hill Ciders! We can’t wait to do it again, so stay tuned for the next date!

TERROIR 🐝🌸🍯 Look at the difference in these two wildflower honeys! Both are from our bees here in the Virginia Piedmont, harvested in the same week. The blooms the bees worked were plentiful but different, so the result is a beautiful expression of one apiary!!

Take a look at this capped frame of honey! These frames will be taken to our facility where they will be uncapped, and the honey spun out, rested and then jarred. The 2021 harvest is excellent and the bees are thriving!
