🌟 International Mother Language Day- 2026 Celebration Recap! 🌟
The Association of Bangladesh Students at UVA (ABS@UVA) proudly hosted a vibrant International Mother Language Day celebration! We were overwhelmed by the incredible participation from the UVA community, representing various cultures and backgrounds.
The event's highlight was a vibrant cultural session featuring performances from different cultures. We were all captivated by the talented artists who showcased their unique traditions through poem, song, dance, and music.
A special thanks to the UVA Alumni Association’s Student Engagement Fund for their support, which helped make this event possible.
We look forward to continuing to celebrate and embrace our diverse community here at UVA. Once again, thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making this year's International Mother Language Day celebration a resounding success!

What a magical day we had at the Bangladeshi Festival-2025! The Newcomb Hall Theatre was flooded with vibrant colors, enduring traditions, and the genuine smiles of our community that beautifully showcase Bangladesh's rich cultural tapestry. We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us, sharing in the warmth and unity that make our cultural celebrations so special. Thank you for making this event a memorable gathering of hearts and cultures!

প্রতিবারের ন্যায় এবারের BD Fest-এও ABS একটি হৃদয়স্পর্শী ছোট নাটিকা—“হতাশা থেকে হাদিয়া”—মঞ্চস্থ করে তাদের সৃজনশীল যাত্রা অব্যাহত রেখেছে। ছোট কিন্তু শক্তিশালী নাটিকা “হতাশা থেকে হাদিয়া” দর্শকদের মন জয় করেছে। দলের প্রতিটি সদস্যের পরিশ্রমই আমাদের এই সাফল্যের আসল শক্তি! নাটকটির প্রতিটি মুহূর্তকে সুন্দর করে তুলেছেন আমাদের প্রিয় Sujan Sarker ভাইয়ার অসাধারণ নির্দেশনা এবং প্রতিটি পদক্ষেপে আমাদের অনুপ্রেরণা হয়ে আছেন Tanvir Ferdousi ভাই। 💙🔥
