Psych Society and the Race, Ethnicity, Gender, and Sexuality Graduate Committee will be hosting a panel tomorrow (February 18th) discussing psychology graduate school for students from marginalized racial or ethnic backgrounds. All are welcome, and free food will be provided!

REMINDER: The Psychological Society is hosting a UVA Psychology Alumni Panel tomorrow, Monday April 8th at 6pm in Gilmer Hall 141! The panel shouldn't last more than an hour to anyone who is worried about conflicts with the game (GO HOOS).The panel will feature six UVA psychology alums who will be discussing various career paths in Psychology. We are also providing FREE Mellow Mushroom Pizza!!

We will be having a meeting this Wednesday, March 27th in New Cabell 489. Dr. Robert Emery, a professor of clinical psychology at UVA, will be speaking about clinical psychology! Reminder that you must attend at least two meetings per semester.

On Wednesday 2/27 at 7pm we will be showing "The Stanford Prison Experiment" in the Sunroom in 1515. The movie is about the 1971 social psych experiment that investigated the psychological effects of perceived power, focusing on the struggle between prisoners and prison officers. We will be taking attendance at the showing, which will count toward the 2 meeting requirement for the semester!
