Help us build a healthier and safer community!

L.E.A.D. gives law enforcement officers the option to connect people to services such as housing, treatment, health care, and case management instead of arresting them. Diverting people to supportive services allows them to get needed help instead of being sent to jail.

There are TWO upcoming town hall meetings in Charlottesville - join us!

Earlier this week, OAR celebrated the 300th graduate of the Moral Reconation Therapy program (MRT). This milestone represents 300 clients who have committed to meaningful change through hard work, dedication and self-reflection. To anyone and everyone who has committed to MRT, we celebrate your achievement and the positive steps you have taken towards personal growth, and a brighter future.

Thank you to our facilitators who have invested their time each week to help motivate our clients to make positive changes - your work is also an investment in supporting a positive community!
