Hispanic Leadership Initiative

Hispanic Leadership Initiative HLI helps to train and prepare Hispanic men and women for leadership positions in ministry. In 30 years, 1 in 3 Americans will be Hispanic.

Yet the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) is not prepared to reach this growing demographic with the Gospel. We believe that training Hispanic men and women from Hispanic communities will help the PCA to better reach these folks with the Gospel.
