DBSA Charlotte is one of hundreds of Chapters world-wide with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. DBSA Peer Support Groups provide the unique opportunity for people with unusual brains to get together and talk about their experiences with mental illness: wins, fails, strategies, stories. There is nothing quite like listening to and talking with others who are in the living experience of a mental health challenge. The camaraderie, support, insights, and sometimes laughter are unlike any other gathering. You are not alone.
Our Groups operate on a drop-in basis, require no registration, and are free to people with mental health challenges and the family and friends who love them age eighteen and up.
