We are an active Pack that loves going outside and enjoying the great outdoors! Come have fun with Pack 51! We have tons of exciting adventures 12 months of the year. We have a monthly hiking program with mile marker awards the Scouts can earn as they progress through Scouting. We incorporate District camps and events into our yearly schedule to keep the Scouts interested and having fun. Our Leade

• Pine Wood Derby races in the spring are always fun and we encourage participation from the whole family.
• Camping and other outdoor events are the cornerstone of our program. We strive to put the outing in Scouting! we generally camp at least two to Three time a year or more depending on Rank of the Scout. We have 3-4 fundraising opportunities throughout the year to help keep costs low, or Free.
•Service to the community. There are plenty of service opportunities to help the Scouts grow in character. from placing flags on fallen service members graves for memorial day. To the collection of non perishable food to aid the Loaves and Fishes food bank. (which is their biggest donation of the year). We also participate in the CMPD Explorers toy drive as well as many other worthwhile causes.
• Summer day camp is available through the Hornets Nest district, we also plan a 3 day 2 night camping adventure over the summer break.

Siblings are ALWAYS welcome at all our activities. This is a family oriented group, so bring the whole family and join the fun! We have children from many school systems and charter schools in the area.
