The purpose of the organization is to help people succeed in life. The organization was originally planned to be a Non-profit. Gladden started doing more community work with the organization. The Vision changed to help other Non- Profits succeed in the community. Young People Saving Young People created through Mr. Gladden , who was bless to run a Recycling, Counseling, & Mentoring Program at Walm

art for almost 3 years. Gladden has been dealing with developing non-profits, Community Development, Community, Organizing and managing projects. Vision
