Harris Express YMCA The Harris Express YMCA is an adult only, satellite location of the Harris YMCA on Quail Hollow Road (only 1.9 miles away).

We welcome members 16 years of age and older. Built in 2006, The Harris Express YMCA provides the South Charlotte community with a high-quality fitness experience. Members enjoy a 12,648 square foot fitness floor, containing top-of-the-line cardio equipment, strength machines, free weights and more. Kick Off a Healthy, Active Summer

Healthy Kids Day® is the YMCA’s national initiative to inspire healthy habits in kids and families - and the perfect way to jumpstart your summer planning.

Join us across the YMCA of Greater Charlotte for a fun-filled day designed to get kids moving, learning, and thriving.

This free, community-wide event is especially designed for families with children ages 3–10, offering something for everyone while showcasing YMCA summer programs, including Day Camp and Overnight Camp.

Each participating location will offer a variety of engaging, family-friendly activities such as:
