100 Gardens Mission: to empower communities to become smarter, healthier, and more compassionate through aquaponics.

In 2011, legendary architect and civic organizer Ron Morgan founded 100 Gardens as a humanitarian effort to feed the victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. Since then, 100 Gardens has evolved into a multi-faceted educational program focused on sustainable food source solutions using aquaponics. We had a great 1st fish Harvest at Trinity Episcopal School (Garden 34) this morning! The students helped catch, humanely euthanize, and clean these fish they've spent all year raising! This is Trinity's first year with us and they've done an amazing job with their garden!
