Repost from Kristin on another page: Hello All! Thank you for your patience with the roof project. We achieved a settlement with the insurance company for part of the roof replacements. While it's not as much as we wanted, we are grateful for anything that we received. You'll see more action on these replacements over the next few weeks. This week, a few Beaver Creek buildings will be replaced (garages from previous insurance claims and one building/garage). Residents received a letter on their door today, if their building will be impacted. Please note, this can cause limited parking on Beaver Creek because of the work trucks. Please make sure to avoid parking in areas that are blocked off and behind the garages. Thank you for your help in this!
