The Mecklenburg Amateur Radio Society is a large, general purpose club, serving members in Mecklenburg and surrounding counties in North and South Carolina. MARS is a Special Service Club affiliated with the ARRL. Our club's regular monthly meeting is held on the last Tuesday of each month (except December) beginning at 7:30pm, at East Baptist Church, 6850 Monroe Rd (next to East Mecklenburg High
School, near Conference Drive). MARS also hosts an Annual Hamfest at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center the first full Friday & Saturday of March.
