Friendship CDC The Friendship Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit corporation organized to revitalize the communities served by the Beatties Ford Corridor

Over the last decade, the FCDC has created programs to uplift and sustain many segments of the historic Beatties Ford Corridor. Our key programs include: FRIENDSHIP GARDENS, a 12-unit multi-family affordable housing development; GREAT THINGS, a resale boutique located at 1914 Beatties Ford Rd; MY SISTER'S HOUSE, a transitional living center for single homeless women, and SWEET CREATIONS of Charlotte, a culinary apprenticeship/catering program
