The Sardis Road area remained hot for home sales last year. And the two hottest neighborhoods remained Sardis Forest and Lansdowne, with the 40 year old Sardis Forest market selling just two more homes than the 55+year old Lansdowne neighborhood.

- Avg sale price as pct of list price: 99.8%

Lansdowne:

5600 Sardis Road (near Randolph, between Livingston Dr and Shasta Ln) only one lane open each direction while crews repair a broken pipe. Lanes closed for at least Monday night after rush hour. Expect Delays. Please use alternative routes like Monroe Road.

The state's two best private school football teams are right here on Sardis Road. Congratulations to Charlotte Christian School on their state championship win over Providence Day School.



Charlotte Christian won a championship season Friday night, blowing open a tight NCISAA Division 1 title game and trouncing Providence Day 47-21.
