https://linktr.ee/girlflow Girl Flow formerly known as Covered Girls is committed to empowering menstruators before and during their menstrual journey. We are passionate about removing the stigma and shame associated with periods and ending period poverty. We offer fun menstrual education workshops, ongoing support, and period products to schools and community partners. Girl Flow supports all menstrual equity efforts to help destigmatize periods and make menstrual products as normalized and readily available as toilet paper. We believe that every menstruator deserves the right to flow without feeling unprepared or ashamed.

Happy to be in the room with our amazing Junior League of Charlotte partner during their 2026 General Membership Meeting!

Such an inspiring conversation about the importance of service, community, self-awareness, and finding your lane when it comes to making an impact.

At Girl Flow, we understand that meaningful change doesn’t happen alone. We are stronger when we serve together. 🤝🏽✨

Excellent panel discussion and an even better reminder of what’s possible when women come together to strengthen our community.
